You decided to build an electric car.
There are a wide range of electric vehicle components to choose from.
Understanding these components and their specific uses is the first part of building your own.
Below is a list of the most common parts for home electric vehicle manufacturers to build a car that meets the needs of ordinary drivers.
An electric car needs a motor.
The shape and size, weight and price of the motor vary.
They can use AC or DC power supplies.
Budget builders can choose to use an electric motor in an old forklift or elevator system.

You need to choose the motor that suits your performance and budget needs.
The purpose of the motor controller is to adjust the speed of the motor rotation.
For example, if 120V is applied directly to the motor, it will run at full speed.
There needs to be a way to adjust the output of the motor, which is exactly the purpose of the motor controller.
It allows the motor to run at any speed between zero rpm and maximum rpm.
This part can also be salvaged from a forklift or golf cart.
The solar tank box is a small part of the cable connected to your stock solar box.
When you press the throttle, the pot box sends a signal to the controller that corresponds to the pressure size of the pedal you step on, and then the controller sends the appropriate power to the motor.
The adapter board connects the motor with the inventory transmission.
These can be purchased for any common modified vehicle. Most EV-
The specific motor has a standard bolt pattern, so most Adapter boards can work with most motors.
If you use the motor on the forklift you need to customize an adapter board and of course you can do it yourself if you are a decent manufacturer.
This is basically a highvoltage relay.
When you turn on the key, it connects your battery pack to the controller.
When the current is too large, the FuseA fuse will fuse and power off.
There needs to be a manual switch (or more)
The main battery pack is disconnected manually.
This way, if all the other methods fail, you can manually disconnect the power and park safely.
There are many different types of batteries to choose from.
The type of battery you choose will affect your performance and mileage.
There are many different types of chargers for the charger, and the charger you need depends on the battery you use.
The DC/DC converter bears the main (traction)
Battery pack and reduce it to 12 V, thus keeping the 12 V battery charged.
Electric cars still need 12v batteries to power all the lights, sound, speakers, etc.
Keeping this battery charged can also be achieved in other ways.
Some electric car manufacturers use an AC generator running from the motor, while others use a separate 12v charger to charge the battery.

The ceramic element basically becomes the heater core and the system will work properly in addition to the switch required to open the element. Fluid Heater-
The fluid heater uses the stock heater core and cycles the fluid in it like the stock system.
The fluid is heated by electrical elements and cycled through the heater core through a small pump. Space Heater-
Small ceramic space heaters with AC power inverter can be used in the car.
However, AC inverters are very expensive, which is often not an economical and effective way to heat electric vehicles. Heated Seats-
Nowadays, the heated seat covers are widely used and a lot of heat is released.
The air inside the car will remain cold, but a heated seat will make you feel warm.
Heat the car before use
Before use, simply place a space heater in the car for a period of time.
It will heat the car and keep the temperature long enough in a short period of time.
These are the main components needed to make an electric car at home.
Other parts are needed along the way, but these are the main components.
