As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering scalable, high-efficiency power solutions in the Middle East, GSL Energy successfully deployed a Liquid-Cooled 125kW / 418kWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) to support a hybrid renewable energy project in the region.
The project, located in a remote industrial area where grid stability remains a significant challenge, required a robust Power Conversion System (PCS) to manage fluctuating power demand and renewable integration. GSL Energy’s advanced liquid-cooled BESS was selected for its compact footprint, intelligent thermal management, and high energy density—making it ideal for the extreme climate and operational demands of the Middle East.

Since installation, the system has significantly reduced operational energy costs and improved power reliability for the facility. The PCS cabinet design allows seamless scalability, with parallel expansion capabilities enabling up to 2MW of power output—perfectly aligning with the customer’s evolving load profiles and future microgrid development plans.
In addition, the liquid-cooled design ensures low maintenance requirements and extended system lifespan, even under high ambient temperatures commonly exceeding 45°C.
