Recently, GSL Energy has successfully deployed a set of highly efficient and intelligent energy storage systems for a large industrial park in China, installing four 125kW/232kWh liquid-cooled energy storage systems, with a total capacity of 928kWh. The successful delivery of the project marks another solid step in the application of energy storage in the industrial field by GSL Energy.
This liquid-cooled energy storage system adopts advanced liquid-cooled temperature control technology, which has higher heat dissipation efficiency and longer system life than traditional air-cooled systems. Through precise temperature control, the system effectively ensures that the battery operates at the optimal working temperature range, which significantly improves the charging and discharging performance and safety stability.
After the project landed, the following core values were realized for the park:
Provide uninterruptible power supply guarantee: In case of power grid fluctuation or sudden power outage, the energy storage system can quickly switch to the backup mode to guarantee the continuous operation of key loads;
Shaving peaks and filling valleys, reducing electricity costs: the system supports intelligent scheduling, which can store electricity in the trough and release it in the peak hours, effectively alleviating the pressure of electricity consumption in the park;
Enhance the level of energy management intelligence: combined with GSL Energy's self-developed EMS energy management system, it realizes remote monitoring, data visualization, and intelligent operation and maintenance.
This project not only highlights GSL Energy's professional strength in liquid-cooled energy storage system integration capability, on-site delivery, and commissioning experience but also further promotes the development of the industrial park in the direction of green, low-carbon, and energy digitalization.
As a leading global manufacturer and solution provider of energy storage systems, GSL Energy will continue to rely on its strengths in cell research and development, battery system integration, and EMS software platforms to provide safer, more efficient, and more sustainable energy solutions for users around the world.
